The paperwork side of your business, handled.
Receipts, invoices, expenses, contracts and company documents in one place — photographed on the spot, read automatically, and ready the moment your accountant asks. Built for businesses of one to fifty people.
Free to start. No card, no setup call, no minimum number of users.
You didn't start a business to chase paperwork
The invoice is in your email. The receipt is a photo on your phone. The contract is in a folder someone shared once. The tax deadline is in your head. It works — until it doesn't, and then it takes a whole evening to put back together.
What Solid Docs does
Six things, and they feed each other.
Capture
Photograph a receipt and it reads the amount, the date, the supplier and the tax details for you. Works on your phone, offline included.
Expenses and approvals
Submit, approve, reimburse. Set a limit per role or per person and small expenses approve themselves — the approver still sees everything that went through without them.
Documents
Company documents in one place, with who can see what, expiry dates that warn you in time, and a history of every change.
Contracts and recurring revenue
Leases and service contracts with renewals, notice periods and annual updates — and the payments they generate, tracked.
Tax-ready books
Match what you have against what the tax authority has, see what's missing on either side, and close the month knowing it's complete.
Projects and time
Who's working on what, who's away, and what the month is worth per client — without a spreadsheet.
How it works
You can be using it properly in an afternoon.
Point your camera at a receipt
The document is read, the amounts are extracted and the expense is created — you check it rather than type it.
Decide once, not every time
Say who approves whom and up to what amount things go through on their own. After that, most of it stops needing you.
Close the month with proof
Everything is filed, matched and exportable. Your accountant gets what they need without a single email thread.
Built for small
Not a cut-down version of something made for large companies. Small is the design brief.
On your own
No approval chains, no admin overhead. Everything you file is yours, and the month closes itself while you work.
A handful of people
Add who approves what, and the small stuff stops landing on your desk. You see what went through without you.
Working with an accountant
Give them their own access to exactly what they need — the books, not your whole business.
Local tax rules, without the local software
Most tools stop at "upload your file". Solid Docs goes further where it matters: it reads the codes printed on your invoices, reconciles them against what the tax authority already has on record, and tells you what is missing on either side.
That depth is live today for Portugal — invoice codes, tax-number validation, official filings and company registry documents. The rest of the product is country-neutral, and further markets follow the same pattern. If you're outside Portugal, everything except the local filings works the same way.

Your documents stay yours
Separated by company
Every company's data is isolated. People only ever see the company they belong to.
You decide who sees what
Access is granted per person and per area — not all-or-nothing.
Everything is exportable
Your documents and data can be exported at any time. Leaving is your right, not a negotiation.
An audit trail by default
Who did what, and when. Every approval, rejection and change is recorded.
Simple pricing
Start free and stay free while you're small. When you grow, you pay for what you actually use — never a minimum number of seats.
